How to Use Assistants Analysis Page

ASSISTANT CONVERSATION REPORT


TOTAL CONVERSATIONS: The total number of conversations handled by the bot.

TOTAL USER MESSAGES: The total number of messages received from the user during these conversations.

TOTAL ASSISTANT MESSAGES: The total number of messages sent from the bot during these conversations.

ASSISTANT QUALITY REPORT



REVIEWED CONVERSATIONS: These are conversations where the conversation designer reviews the messages which were handled as intents by the bot.

HANDLED CONVERSATIONS: These are the conversations where utterances match with an intent and then are added by the conversation designer to the list of intents.

NOT HANDLED CONVERSATIONS: These are the conversations where message(s) match with an intent and then are not added by the conversation designer to the list of intents.

NOT MATCH CONVERSATIONS: These are the conversations below the prediction threshold.

ASSISTANT CONTENT REPORT


This section lists the 10 most common intents in order. The most common intents that match with the user messages (utterances) is seen as the first.

ASSISTANT PERFORMANCE REPORT


ASSISTANT PERFORMANCE: This is (to 2 decimal points) the amount of time taken on average for a bot to first respond to the messages.

AVERAGE CONVERSATIONS DURATION: This is the average conversation duration (in seconds) after the conversation begins and ends either by the bot or the client.

AVERAGE VOTE SCORE:  This is the average of the conversation scores users have given to the conversations that have taken place (out of 10).

VOTED CONVERSATIONS:  This is the number of conversations the users have voted for. 

ASSISTANT USER INTERACTION REPORT


AVG USER MESSAGE PER CONVERSATION: This is the average number of messages sent by the user in a conversation with the bot.

AVG USER DURATION PER CONVERSATION: This is the average duration between the user’s first and last message.
