JivoChat is an all-in-one business messenger that teams use to talk to customers everywhere: live chat, phone, email, and social. For more information, you can check their website.
On the company management page, please select the "Channels" tab to see the JivoChat channel. Click to "Connect".
To be able to integrate JivoChat, there should be an assistant in your company.
Please name your JivoChat channel and select the "Connect" button.
After that, you should be able to see your generated token. Please copy that.
Please add your new channel as a new deployment. Go to your "Assistant Map" by following these steps: "Publish">"Deployments" > "Add Deployment"
For the "Select Channel" field please select your JivoChat channel. For the "Select Version" field, select your preferred assistant version.
Please note: Send Quick Reply feature on Selection Action is not supported. Please use Selection Card instead. It supports up to 7 buttons. And the button type should be "button". Text fields on buttons and title support maximum of 20 characters including spaces. And emojies are counted as 2 characters.
After that, go to Jivo App. Select in that order: "Manage" > "Integrations" > "MindBehind"
Fill in the "Bot Name" field. And paste your token in the "Bot Token" field. Please select the JivoChat channel that you prefer to apply for the bot. Click the "Save" button."
You should be able to see your bot under "Connected Integrations".
