What is the Agent Panel Information Section?

In this section, the client ID number or phone number, the channel from which the conversation came from, the client tags, key values you can assign to the conversation and the bot parameters appear. In tags, one of the client tags previously set by company admins can be added. When you assign key values to the client, they will appear in every new conversation with the same client. 

Past Conversations 


This section displays details of past conversation with the relevant customer.

Integrated Applications


This section displays systems that are integrated according to client demand. For example, the DailyCo system for video calls.
