Where Can I Conduct Conversations?

The messaging pane is the one where agents have conversations with customers.


This pane includes areas for transferring conversation to someone else, sending files, conversation information, sending locations, adding a conversation tag, and adding emojis while the conversation is in progress.

The conversation is terminated by clicking the power button in the upper right corner.
